＊ Important Notices ｜ 

     ➊  Poster format should be vertical A1: 59.4 cm (W) × 84.1 cm (H). 

           Please print and mount the poster yourself.

     ➋  Presenters must arrive at the venue and complete check-in at least 15 minutes 

           before their assigned display time.

     ➌  Poster display materials such as double-sided tape, push pins, and scissors 

           will be available at the venue.

     ➍  Presenters are responsible for mounting their posters before the display session 

           and removing them afterward to allow for the next session.

     ➎  Posters not taken down after the session will be removed by the organizer.

     ➏  Outstanding poster presentations will be awarded at banquet on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

     ➐  For matters not covered above, on-site announcements shall prevail. 

           The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
