Submission Topics
The collected papers in this conference can be categorized into seven themes based on their attributes: "Hydrogen Economy Technology and Industrial Development," "Hydrogen Production Technology," "Hydrogen Transportation, Storage, and Purification," "Fundamental Research on Fuel Cells," "Fuel Cell Testing Technology," "Fuel Cell BOP Analysis," and "AI Power Analysis and Management, System Integration, and Applications." These themes cover most areas of clean energy.
Through the expanded organization of this conference, we aim to enhance its national and Asia-Pacific recognition, strengthen its academic influence, and facilitate communication with the industry. The primary mission of this symposium is to foster further collaboration and exchange among various sectors, working together to enhance Taiwan’s competitiveness, international recognition, and academic standing in hydrogen energy and fuel cells.
Category 1 : Hydrogen Energy Technology H2
H1 | Hydrogen Economy Technology and Industrial Development
Hydrogen energy applications and issues related to ecology and the environment, hydrogen energy application safety, hydrogen economy, and hydrogen energy analysis.
H2 | Hydrogen Production Technology
Development of hydrogen production technologies, including green hydrogen, blue hydrogen, gray hydrogen, and brown hydrogen.
H3 | Hydrogen Transportation, Storage, and Purification
Stationary and mobile hydrogen storage systems, physicochemical hydrogen storage (including metal hydrides), gas purification (Gas Conditioning), PSA and membrane separation purification, hydrogen energy quality, and hydrogen energy analysis.
Category 2 : Fuel Cell
F1 | Fundamental Research (New Materials, New Technologies, New Models)
Multiphysics coupling phenomena in porous electrodes, optimization of bipolar plate flow fields, catalyst processing and structural optimization, membrane electrode assembly (MEA) processing and structural optimization, and applications of microscale science in micro fuel cells (μFC).
F2 | BOP (Balance of Plant) Analysis
Fuel cell stack design and assembly, fuel cell water management (humidification and drainage), fuel cell heat dissipation and heat recovery, fuel and air supply subsystems for fuel cells, and research and development of fuel cell hydrogen recovery systems.
F3 | AI Power Analysis and Management, System Integration, and
Applications
Fuel cell fuel consumption/AI power output dynamic response analysis and management, fuel cell combined heat and power (CHP) systems, fuel cell hybrid power systems with secondary batteries or supercapacitors, analysis, application, development, and demonstration of fuel cells in generators, vehicles, and 3C products, as well as the integration and development of new solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) systems.
F4 | Testing Technology
Optimization of fuel cell operating conditions (temperature, pressure, etc.), detection and analysis techniques for surface characteristics (contact resistance, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity), and rapid durability testing technology for fuel cells.
