     ➎ If the submitted paper is a result of a National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) 

          funded project, please specify the project number.

     ➏ Competition papers that do not pass the preliminary review for the "Oral Presentation"

          competition will be reclassified as "General Paper Presentations." 

     ➐ The conference reserves the right for final interpretation.
