In the long term time we have worked together I have lost around 14kg (30+lbs), I've gone from wearing size 16-18 to size 10, I can see muscle definition on my body, my family and friends not only compliment my strong looking body, they ask me for advice on how to achieve the same for themselves (get yourself over to Heather!). When the Tesco delivery guy warns me that the box is heavy, I lift it no problem haha. My kids describe me as strong and a "gym person". My weights in the gym are up across my whole body, my gym habits are consistent and a solid part of my life. Daily movement is also a solid part of my life with my step average probably more than double what it used to be before working with you. All of these things have been tested in recent months when I've been unusually busy, and all have them have remained a part of my life, with some flexibility day to day as needed. I cannot stress how delighted I am with all of my wins from our time working together.

Before she joined Built By Her, K was training regularly, showing up, putting the work in, but felt like her body just wasn’t changing. She was lifting, she was moving, but despite the effort, the results weren’t matching up. Especially in her upper body, she felt like things had stalled and she couldn't build strength.
Fast forward 8 weeks into Built by Her, and the difference is night and day. With a proper plan that focused on progressive overload and targeted hypertrophy (aka actual muscle-building), she started seeing real definition in her upper body and hit personal bests in her lower body lifts too.
