"The biggest win for me has probably been being the smallest I’ve ever been since I got married 9 1/2 years ago! I’m feeling a lot more confident with myself and I have really enjoyed the process.

What it has taught me that even when life is life-ing we carry on and do the best we can. Not every week is going to look the same, unexpected situations and things crop up but it is important not to let myself feel guilty when things don’t go to plan and I don’t quite manage everything I wanted to achieve, and to pick myself up and just keep going.
