Screen printing is one of the most versatile printing processes, and it can be utilized to print a wide range of substrates, including paper, board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, fabrics, and many other products.

The screen printing process includes 3 elements: the screen which is the image carrier, the squeegee and ink. The process utilizes a porous mesh tightly extended and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either manually or photo chemically.

Screen printing ink is applied to the substrate by placing the screen over the product. Ink is put onto screen and then required through the fine mesh openings utilizing a squeegee that is drawn throughout the screen, applying pressure thereby requiring the ink through the open locations of the screen. Ink will pass through just in locations where the stencil is open, therefore forming an image on the substrate.
