Screen printing is one of the most versatile printing processes, and it can be utilized to print a wide range of substrates, including paper, board, plastics, vinyl, glass, metal, textiles, and many other products.

The screen printing process includes 3 aspects: the screen which is the image carrier, the squeegee and ink. The process utilizes a porous mesh tightly stretched and glued onto a metal frame. A stencil is produced on the screen either by hand or photo chemically.
