The graduate school fair will be hosted on Friday, September 18th and is tentatively scheduled from 6:30 - 9:00 PM, immediately following the dinner keynote session. This fair serves as an opportunity for conference attendees to greet and network with representatives of graduate schools & programs from our region and across the country, as well as select research and scholarly organizations.
The registration rate is $325 to reserve a table at the fair, with up to three representatives allowed per table. This is NOT a per-person rate, so if you plan to register multiple representatives but use a single table, you would only pay $325 for your group.
Additionally, dinner tickets are available to recruiters for Friday night’s dinner, which takes place before the fair. These tickets are $75 for each representative and are added to the total registration price if purchased. The total price breakdown is located below.
You may also opt to register as a staff attendee; in addition to tabling during the fair, this rate allows you to attend student presentation sessions and includes meals throughout the conference. This registration rate is $525 per attendee instead of $325 per table.
