Registration Options

Registrants will receive invoices after completing the form. 

• Student and staff registration closes on Friday, August 29th! 

  • $495 for students/staff

  • Hotel accommodations are not included in registration; see more information below.

  • Click on "Sched" (top right corner) to begin the registration process.

Notice: No refunds if registration is cancelled after 8/14/2025

• Graduate School Fair representative registration closes Thursday, September 18th! 

  •  Grad fair rep tables are $300 each, plus an optional $75 dinner ticket for Friday night before the fair.

Hotel block reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Rooms are $179/night, plus tax.

Due to construction, we recommend entering/exiting the parking garage via the entrance at the front of the hotel; parking fee is $15 per day. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.  The hotel charges a $75 fee for early check-in.

If your institution has tax exemption in Missouri, the hotel requests that you present the form at the time of check-in.  Thanks!
