Student and staff registration opens on Monday, June 15th and will close on Friday, August 28th or when capacity has been reached.

   • The refund deadline for payments is Friday, August 14th.  Conference co-chairs must be contacted in writing by this date for refund requests. All refunds are subject to a $50 reduction to cover processing fees.

Graduate School Fair representative registration opens on Monday, June 22nd and will close on Friday, September 11th or when capacity has been reached.  

Grad fair rep tables are $325 each. $75 dinner tickets are available to recruiters for Friday night’s dinner, which takes place before the fair. The total pricing breakdown is located on the Graduate School Fair page.

Hotel block reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Rooms are $169/night, not including taxes and fees. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

**If your institution has a tax-exempt agreement in Missouri, the hotel requests that you present the form at the time of check-in.

Parking

There is a parking garage that can be accessed via the entrance at the front of the hotel. Parking fee is $15 per day, half-off the normal rate of $30. If you need to exit and reenter the parking garage, be sure to stop by the front desk of the hotel for a pass so that you are not charged immediately. If staying overnight, you may charge parking to your room. Overflow parking is available; you may access this by reaching the top of the parking garage and proceeding to the other side of the garage.

The KC Streetcar, a free transportation service that spans from the Riverfront to UMKC, now has two stops on either side of Main Street that conference patrons can access.
