Registration Options

Registrants will receive invoices after completing the form (we do not use Whova for payments). 

• Student and staff registration closes August 30!

  • Hotel accommodations are not included in registration this year; if you are registered, you must make your own hotel arrangements.

Hotel block reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Due to construction, we recommend entering/exiting the parking garage via the entrance at the front of the hotel; parking fee is $11.50 per day. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.  The hotel charges a $75 fee for early check-in.

If your institution has tax exemption in Missouri, the hotel requests that you present the form at the time of check-in.  Thanks!
