Camera Ready

Camera-ready submission:

This page describes the procedure for submitting camera-ready manuscripts.

The submission of camera-ready manuscripts consists of the following steps.

Please complete all steps by May 2024, 2024 AOE, otherwise, your paper will not be available during the conference.

Once again, we remind you that all of these steps must be completed by May 2024, 2024, AOE. In other words, please ensure your manuscript has been approved by TAPS (step #6 on this page) by the deadline. If approved, you will see the status become 100 %.

If there is a possibility that you may not be able to meet the deadline, please contact the Publication Chair, Shreejith Shanker (shankers at tcd.ie, replace 'at' with @) immediately.

New: Camera-ready deadline postponed to: May 24

Please note that all authors who have successfully completed their e-Rights forms will be instructed to upload their source files directly to The ACM Production System (TAPS). This system will generate the final published version in two-column format, but you must upload your submission in single-column format (Before uploading, it is recommended that you use the "sigconf" option to check in advance that there are no problems with the layout of the two-column paper that will be generated by TAPS). Please see TAPS Workflow for more details.

Lengths of the papers to upload to TAPS and according to the one-column used for submissions*:

Full Paper: 12-page paper (not counting references)

PhD Forum: 4-page paper (not counting references)

Extended Abstract  (for the posters): 1-page paper (not counting references)

Note that TAPS will generate the final published version in two-column format.

*From TAPS: Prepare your source material using Word or LaTeX, starting with the Word submission template or a LaTeX document that uses the "acmart" document class (\documentclass[manuscript]{acmart}). The submission version is one column, with minimal styling of content.
