★★★★★ "Charlen is absolute BEST! She is a reiki practitioner you absolutely need in your life! I came to her completely broken (emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc.) with a chronic nerve issue. When we have a session, she makes sure to check in with me, and the healing that her reiki does is incredible! Her energy and soul is one of the purests on this planet. She has such a calming presence in our sessions. I could not have done all this healing without her and our sessions. The reiki really helps you align your chakras and is a reflective process as well. I can literally feel the energy flowing in my body when she is recentering me. She always tries to schedule you in for your sessions in a reasonable time to get the best benefits! I always highly recommend her to people out and about our close friends who need a pick me up!
I also have tried the Thai Reiki and it is incredible as well! When I left our session I also felt relaxed and it loosened up any tightness I may have felt in my body. The gentle touch really does feel like a full body massage in relaxed yoga poses! It definitely aligned me and I am excited to keep alternating the reiki with the Thai yoga!
One more thing I want to mention is once I have child, I am excited to keep building this relationship with my future baby. She offers baby massages and that is one service I look forward to in my future!
