Our Story

Heart and Healing Touch has been providing services to Western Mass since 2011, and was voted Best of Westfield Educational Consultant and Alternative Holistic Treatments 2019.

Charlen Benoit (Owner and Practitioner) holds the following credentials:

International Association of Infant Massage Parent Educator (2012)

Reiki Master (2018) 

Reiki Master Teacher (2019)

Thai Yoga Massage Level 2 Practitioner (2019)

She provides wellness services to you and your loved ones and is committed to making these services available to all while continuing to improve her knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education.

She is an active volunteer at Baystate Medical Center providing Reiki and Baby Massage to Labor and Delivery patients and Cuddles to our newest additions. 

She has been featured in several television interviews for Infant Massage over the years, and has spent time as a registered practitioner with "Open Path Healing Arts", which was dedicated to providing healing arts at reduced rates to those in need of care who are without health insurance. While they have removed services such as ours she continues to provide these rates to all.
