Information For Short and Long Term Resident Applications:
Please read the Hearst House Rules, Code of Conduct, and Resident Agreement Form
AFTER reading the rules and making an informed decision as to whether or not this is an environment for you, please review the Fee Schedule Page and fill out the ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM.
Once your application is submitted, please allow for some time for the House to review and discuss your application. NOTE: SINGLES ARE NEVER GUARANTEED AND ARE BASED ON SENIORITY AND AVAILABILITY.
Upon acceptance into the house, you will sign the Code of Conduct at the first House Meeting of the semester. Please remember to abide by the rules set by the residents of the house, and communicate with the House Management to coordinate your move in date. Hearst House, depending on availability, has furnishings. Refer to our Resident's Page for more information about moving in.
Upon moving in, fill out the CHECK-IN form. Upon moving out please fill out the MOVE-OUT form .
Information for Guest Applications:
Guests are friends or family members of residents who will be staying for less than 7 days. To apply to stay as a guest, please refer to our Guests Page for the application and the Fee Schedule Page for information about Guest fees and where and how to pay.
