A good number of people across the world including Pakistan is suffering from Depression. It is the most common mental illness among women living in the disadvantaged communities in Pakistan (Ahmed, 2016; Mansoor, 2017). It has been observed that due to the culture of sharing as shame and the prevalence of socio-cultural barriers, females do not speak out for their rights. There is no academic or social platform available to learn about mental health and to seek help at the time of distress.

This platform will help you to learn about mental health and to gain skills to deal with mental health challenges effectively. Mental illness is not a problem. We can easily overcome it through knowledge and skills empowerment.

Healing souls is like a family. We believe to explore our self-identities to inspire others.

Together we can and we will!
