Pathways is the Toastmasters education system developed around 5 core competencies: Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Strategic Leadership, Management and Confidence.
There are 11 paths for you to choose depending on which core competencies you wish to focus on. Each path includes 5 levels of speeches and projects which will help you grow as a Speaker and a Leader.

The Path to become a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)
The Path to become a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM)
A Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) is the highest individual title for a Toastmasters. Becoming a DTM means you're widely recognized in the Toastmasters community and the professional world - as a competent communicator and effective leader.
In order to be a DTM, you must complete:
2 pathways
Be a Club Sponsor / Speechcraft / Youth Leadership Program (Gavel Clubs)
Club Mentor or Club Coach.
