We are a young and energetic public speaking club based in Ho Chi Minh City. At HCM Toastmasters you will improve yourself and become a confident speaker in every aspect of life! Our education program aligns with Toastmasters International since 2015!

Our mission is to Bring out the Best in You! Here, members gain great self-confidence to become better at their personal and professional development. We provide an environment where members can proudly say: “This is my second home!”

The History of "HotCoolMilk" 

Hot Cool Milk. It's a weird name for a club, isn't it?  Now that you are part of this club, you ought to know how we got our name!

On January 23rd, 2015, Toastmaster Lan Anh Nguyen, together with other Toastmasters members, detached from Saigon Toastmasters club to establish HCM TOASTMASTERS CLUB. 

At first, 'HCM' was meant to represent  Ho  Chi  Minh. However, in order to not be confused with  Saigon, 'HCM' was changed to  HOT  COOL  MILK, which represents the young  & energetic spirit of our club.
