Mission ~Vision~ Goal

MISSION:

We will make a positive difference in the lives of the band members by providing musical experiences and performances, and to assist them in achieving their potential as they develop confidence, cooperation, leadership, responsibility, life skills, and high standards of excellence and character.  We will encourage a lifelong love of music and the arts by helping students find their passion.

VISION:

We will provide a conduit for the students of Hoke County High School to move through high school and into collegiate and professional performing programs, as well as to help them to become high-quality adults that can contribute to society at large.

GOALS:

Each member will strive for high standards of excellence.

“Be all in. All the time” in all things on and off the field, at home and at school.

Each member will develop a sense of responsibility for attendance, preparation, and each other.

Each member will expand their awareness in rehearsal and performance to enhance the overall individual and ensemble quality.

Members will develop self-discipline in and out of rehearsals.

Each member will be an upstanding member of our community by volunteering and providing music to community members when possible.

We will develop a larger, better balanced program beyond a foundational band and beginning band including:

Pep Band 

Wind Ensemble  Band
