The WHY Behind the Wi-Fi — Equitable Digital Innovation in Higher Education
This keynote explores how educators can transform teaching and learning by integrating educational theory, digital innovation, and the power of artificial intelligence. Drawing on the five core pedagogical approaches—Constructivism, Behaviorism, Cognitivism, Humanism, and Connectivism—Dr. Massy illustrates how evidence-based strategies can promote equity and engagement in digital environments. Participants will reflect on their “why” as educators, explore practical ways to engage both beginning and advanced learners, and discover pathways to bring all institutional stakeholders into a shared vision of innovative, inclusive, and purposeful teaching and learning.
