Volunteering with the Hawaii H.O.M.E. Project
Hawaii H.O.M.E. Project cannot serve the houseless community without the contribution of volunteers. We are looking for motivated volunteers who look forward to serving the houseless with compassion, enthusiasm, and understanding.
There are many positions available, ranging from clinical to administrative, to research. In order to better fulfill our goals, we are looking for volunteers who are committed to our mission and all that we do.
We are looking for MORE VOLUNTEERS to staff our clinics with weekday and weekend availability, who can drive and commit a minimum of 6 months. If you are interested in volunteering with us and are only available during school breaks (Summer/Winter Breaks) we require a commitment of 2-3 times per week (12-15 hrs/week).
There are multiple ways to get involved beyond clinic as well! Please inquire about how you can get involved and/or if you have ideas you'd like to share with HOME Project!
We are looking to have some volunteer security present at some of our clinic sites to ensure the safety of our staff and patients. As well as folks with web design/app development expertise. Please inquire if you are interested!

Physician Volunteers:
We are always in need of more Physician and volunteers. If you are interested, please complete the Letter of Agreement (Medical) along with a Volunteer Physician Application and send it to our office either by mail (address below) or email. Please contact Teresa Schiff, MD at schiff@hawaii.edu for more details.
