Health Care for the Homeless Project provides accessible, quality care for individuals who are homeless through integrated medical, mental health, outreach and social services (Kalihi-Palama Health Center).

Partners In Care ~ Throughout the Islands of Hawaii, there are many individuals and groups who are dedicated to ending houselessness. Coalitions have been formed on each island that bring together representatives from the community, government, funding sources and service providers. These coalitions have accomplished a great deal in recent years, and they recognize that more work must be done.

Affordable Housing and Homeless Alliance ~ The Affordable Housing and Homeless Alliance works to promote housing which is decent, affordable and appropriate. The Alliance is a statewide coalition of organizations, concerned individuals and people who are houseless, have low incomes or special housing needs.

Nursing Home Abuse Center (NHAC) ~ The veteran population as a whole is more likely to require assisted living and nursing home care than the general population, putting them at increased risk for potential abuse. Information and resources for this vulnerable population.
