Whatever work-wear is worn, they should have two sets, for when the one gets soaked and takes a day to dry. Baggy loose-fitting trekking pants are ideal. Nothing is required, some will wear swim suits, others won't.
Work gloves: light-weight, washable and rubberised garden gloves are ideal. Again, we can get them here if needs be.
Sun-screen we should also have reserves in the First Aid boxes.
A water bottle, a light rucksack, and a lunch box.
A woolly jumper and/or a heavy fleece is perhaps the best cool-weather and evening attire, along with fleece ski-socks (two pairs -- one to wash, one to wear).
Swim-suits and snorkel gear/mask and fins
