USHJA Credentialed Instructor, USEF 'r' Judge
Jessica grew up riding in the Central Virginia area and has close relationships with many of the industry professionals in the area.
Her coaching career began with IHSA, in 2013 with Randolph-Macon College, helping the team rise from 11th to 5th place in her first year and then with University of Richmond, where the team achieved Reserve High Point Team and Rider (2015-2016). She has coached URET riders to Nationals (2013-2016.)
Jessica's passion is working with riders interested in pursuing the show arena and helping riders develop true partnerships with their horses. Her riders have achieved top placings locally and on the rated circuit. Jessica offers lessons and training rides, emphasizing equitation and rider effectiveness.
In addition to coaching, Jessica is a high school chemistry teacher and encourages her riders to achieve not only their best in the saddle, but also academically!
Natalie's riding career began at a very young age and she has ridden with numerous trainers over the years and shown extensively in the state of Virginia. Natalie has been with Haverhill Farm since 2006 as both a boarder and trainer. In her time here she has worked with countless students and coached both the University of Richmond Equestrian Team and the Haverhill IEA team.
Tracey is our head jumper trainer having competed up through the Junior Jumpers as well as the equitation divisions. Tracey has been involved in the horse industry locally as well as being a show groom from Canada to Florida! Tracey joined us in May 2018 and specializes in our equine care, making sure everyone is happy and healthy! In addition, she is our resident organizer- we are so grateful to have Tracey as part of our team!
Liz competed as a junior with Joan O'Keefe on the CHSA circuit and while at college, spent her summers learning the ins and outs of running a riding school. After graduating from JMU in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Social Work, Liz moved to Ocala, Florida to take a grooming position for FEI eventer, Buck Davidson. Liz joined the Haverhill team after pivoting from full time instructor to a regular 9-5! Liz loves teaching riders of all ages; from the first lesson to the show ring. She specializes in helping riders find their confidence and developing their riding goals and is a USHJA Credentialed Instructor.
