This Spring 2019 spreadsheet contains all of the members but only a portion of the data fields in the HAS Membership database. Viewers may not copy, print, change or download the file. It requires permission to view. Members of HASnotes have permission to view.

“Where do you live?” is a frequently heard question in Connecticut. It may mean a street address but it usually means a town. Whether or not it is important information, people enjoy seeing a membership list arranged by town. Mostly for fun, this section takes a copy of the HAS Membership file, strips out everything but name, town, state, and zip code. One finished file is sorted by town and the other is sorted by zip code.
At one point in time, the Membership list in the Program Handbook was sorted by zip code. My understanding is that this was so the count captains could recruit members who lived in their area. Perhaps this list might still be useful today.
A more summarized report counts only the number of members in each town, with the highest listed first.
Since these reports are password protected.
The Hartford Audubon Membership file contains one phone number and one email address per line. This is the file that is updated as part of the Dues Letter process. Couples usually pay “family” dues and are on one line, so they have one cell phone number per couple.
The Enhanced Contact List has nothing to do with the HAS Membership file.
This list takes its data directly from member requests. A line has data only for one member and it has an email address, three phone numbers and a comment field for each. Data is added or subtracted only at the direct request of a member to Fred Nowak.
This contact list is password protected. All members of HASnotes have access, but the email address used must be a Google account. Alternatively, the system will allow you to request access.
This file is rather small. In March 2017 there are only 128 individuals listed.
There are also two files that can be used to import the file into Gmail and then into an Android phone.
