Board Meeting Minutes

The bylaws require the Board to meet at least four times a year. Meetings are typically held on the Thursday before the Member Meetings in September, December, March and June.

A complete collection begins in 2009 with more beginning in 1998. Many earlier Board Meeting Minutes are housed in the basement Archives Room of the Wood Memorial Library in South Windsor.

Member Meeting Minutes

The Board sets the Member Meeting schedule. Usually they choose the second Tuesday of the months September through June.

A complete collection begins in 2010 with more from 2005, 2008 and 2009. Many earlier Member Meeting Minutes are housed in the basement Archives Room of the Wood Memorial Library in South Windsor.

Wood Memorial Library Archives

The Minutes are stored in Boxes 2 and 13 of the HAS archives in the Wood Memorial Library. The contents of all the archive boxes are listed in the Wood Memorial Archive folder. These lists were created by Jane Ricci when she was the Archivist.
