Symptoms are harder to be detected and not feel harmful in the early stages (Samittarucksa, n.d.). It is possible that patients will experience different symptoms at different times as stated by Adrienne Dellwo.
However, an antibody test is possible to diagnose Hashimoto's disease early on with showing a positive result (Dellwo, 2023). According to Dr. Rattanapan Samittarucksa, anti-thyroglobulin antibodies (anti-Tg) or/and antibodies against thyroid peroxidase (TPO antibodies), which an enzyme typically found in the thyroid gland and crucial in the production of thyroid hormones, may be detected through the blood test.

Early-stage Hashimoto's disease could cause the thyroid gland in certain individuals to temporarily release an excessive amount of thyroid hormone into the bloodstream.
Among the symptoms are:
Anxiety
Unintended weight loss
Sweating
Highly sensitive and intolerant to heat
Rapid heart rate
Autoimmune symptoms are not typically persistent, but they occasionally flare up.
You might encounter the following specialized symptoms result from an overactive immune system which are:
