This is an extended version of my ocean and clouds induction. I’ve gradually been adding onto it when doing live sessions and this is where it currently stands. It also has the added benefit of not being recorded on my phone microphone making it borderline impossible to hear.
This was a good file to make to get back into the swing of things. I did cringe a bit at how loud the ventilation was, but that just means that I’ll have to make an extended extended ocean and clouds induction at some point where the ventilation will finally be at an acceptable volume. Anyways, I would love to hear your feedback, suggestions, and requests!
Hello, I am H.A.S.D. and today I'll be helping you get into trance. But, before we do that, make sure that you aren't hungry or thirsty, use the bathroom if you need to, and then get somewhere nice and comfortable where you won't be disturbed for a while and we can begin.
Very good. Now, I want you to imagine something. I want you to imagine that you're floating on the ocean. It's a nice, warm, sunny day and the water is just the right temperature.
Below you the waves roll gently, going in and out, in and out, at a nice, slow, relaxing pace. And as the waves gently roll beneath you, notice how you can so easily let your breathing synchronize with them. Letting it go in and out, in and out, at whatever speed is comfortable for you.
And, as you just drift, just float along with this relaxing current, this peaceful rhythm of the waves, you'll find that I count down from 10 to 1. And as I do, you'll start to sink so deep, so peacefully into this sea of relaxation, this sea of trance, still able to breathe just fine as I start with one, the warm water surrounding you.
Two. as you begin to sink deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper.
Three, letting your mind, your body relax.
Four, as you just let yourself drop, let yourself enjoy this peacefulness, this relaxation.
Five, your thoughts beginning to slow down.
Six, as you go deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper.
Seven, so calm, so peaceful, so safe and secure.
Eight, happy and relaxed, no thoughts, no cares, no worries.
Nine, just so calm, so mindless, no need to think…
As we reach ten, and sink, sink, sink, sink, sink.
Now, I want you to imagine something new. It's still that nice, warm, sunny day. But now, you're laying on a big, soft, fluffy cloud, that stretches on for as far as the eye can see. It's so soft and fluffy and comfortable, like laying on the world's best mattress. Just letting it hold you, letting it support you. And as you do, you just naturally sink into it, feeling the warm soft fluffiness surrounding you. Just sinking into the cloud, letting it hold you, keeping you safe within it. Just warm, soft fluffiness all around.
And as you sink, as you drift and float, notice how the cloud is starting to enter your head, your mind. Just taking up all of that space where your thoughts would normally be. No thinking, just warm, fluffy clouds. Just a nice, big cloud floating in the sky. Feeling the warmth of the sun on you as you just drift, as you float, letting the wind take you where it will, not worrying about where you're going or where you've been. Just enjoying it, just drifting along.
Now, notice a noise, quiet at first, the gentle pitter-patter of rain, but quickly becoming louder, becoming stronger, as you feel yourself start to rain. As you feel your thoughts, your cares, your stresses and worries just raining out of you. That gentle pitter-patter, every time you hear it, another thought, a care, a stress or worry gone. Just enjoying it, listening to the sound. Noticing how you feel lighter, how you float just a bit higher, as you rain out all of that negativity. Just relaxing, drifting, letting it happen. You don't need to do anything, it's just natural. Just letting all of those stresses, all of those cares and worries rain out of you.
Now that you're so nice and mindless, so free of stress, of thoughts, of cares and worries, we're going to play a fun little game. I'll count from one to three and say awaken. And when I do, you'll find yourself waking up from trance, but remaining deeply under my influence. And then I'll say drop, and you'll instantly drop a thousand times deeper than you were before.
Here we go. One, two, three. Awaken. Take a moment to just stretch, to get comfortable if you need to. And then now that you're ready, drop, going right back down, deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, no need to think, no thoughts. Head empty, nice and mindless, just peaceful and relaxed, safe and secure. Just nice and peaceful, nice and mindless, head empty, thoughts gone, just drifting, floating, listening, feeling so good, so relaxed, so peaceful.
With one, two, three, awaken. And drop, going right back down, deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, no need to think, because you can't, no need to do what you can't do after all. Because if you could think then you would, but you can't think so you shant. It's so simple, really, just let your head be mindless, no need to think, no need to do anything, because you're just dropping deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, with every word I say, so natural, so easy to do as you just drift down, down, down.
And one, two, three, awaken. And drop, going right back down, deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, head empty, nice and mindless, no thinking, just drifting, sinking, deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, nice and warm, nice and soft, nice and safe, and comfy, and secure, and peaceful. Just feeling so good, all around, so happy, so calm and content, just feeling so good, drifting deeper,
with one, two, three, awaken. And drop, going deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, head empty, nice and mindless, nice and thoughtless, no thinking, just sinking, a million times deeper, with every word I say, with every breath that you take, just every last little thing, bringing you deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, no thinking, just sinking, doing so well, so good, as you drop deeper and deeper. So peaceful, so relaxed, so safe and secure, head empty, unable to think, because you don't know how to. Just going deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper,
and one, two, three, awaken. Now take a moment to get comfortable. And once you do, for the final time, you'll drop, going deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper, so deep, so mindless, so peaceful, so wonderful, just dropping, sinking, floating, drifting, going deeper and deeper, everywhere you go, just making you sink more and more. Doing so well, so deep, so good, so peaceful and relaxed, so mindless and happy as you go deeper and deeper and deeper, just nice and calm, nice and peaceful, doing so very, very well. Just drifting, just floating, just sinking, every last word bringing you deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper.
And now that you're nice and deep, nice and relaxed, one of two things will happen. If more words follow these, you'll find that you stay nice and deep in trance for as long as they occur. And if more words don't follow, you're welcome to stay like this, to stay so peaceful and relaxed for as long as you want. Coming up whenever you're ready at your own pace, but these particular words have reached their end, so I must say goodbye, my hypnotized friend.
