I served as the Director for a panel discussion, "The Future of Work in the Media Industries," hosted by the Centre for Excellence in Media Practice (CEMP) at Bournemouth University. CEMP is a research centre within the Faculty of Media and Communication, recognised by the Higher Education Funding Council.

As Director, my primary responsibility was to translate the discussion's academic and industry weight into an engaging, professionally-executed broadcast. This involved managing the pacing of the conversation, ensuring clear visual focus on each speaker at the appropriate moment, and overseeing the technical production to maintain a polished final product.

The panel featured five industry figures—Christa van Raalte, Helen Soden, Kate Beal, Professor Sarah Jones, and Kate Adie.
