Hi Alex, Please circulate the following

Dawn Sodt, Susan Dufner, Robert Koons paid dues in February 22

Noah Hirsch paid dues in August 22

Most folks on the Board are owing the $10 membership fee so pay up or don’t vote!

Sully and Gail paid in January, others have paid kind of randomly Todd Lagestee, Sheilagh, MJ, Bobbi, Janet Downard, I am pretty sure I remember Margo paid as well

There are probably a few of you that have paid that I did not flag when I made the deposits but if you know you have not paid, please pay up as it is $10.00

My home address is Bobbi Vollendorff, 1119 20th Street, Bellingham, WA 98225.  I am now putting initials on the deposit slips so I will not get confused again or at least as confused.  It has been kind of a long, hard, year.

Treasurers’ Report

Membership Checking Balance ($ 3,186.85) looks bigger because I transferred money from the tree account to pay Urban Forest Nursery (the bill for them was $2,334.90 via October 10 conversation with Bobbi.)  Alex deposited $55.00 cash from donations raised at our September Southside Community meal into the membership account, on Sept. 26.

HVNA Savings Account $1,182.76

Tree Savings Account Balance ( $195.43) looks smaller because I moved the money into Membership Checking to pay Urban Forest Nursery .  The Tree Savings Account will be reimbursed from the Community Foundation Account MJ established for us there (current balance $16,073.59).  I have already sent them the receipt proving payment.
