Farm Worker Rights

Low wages that farm workers earn make it hard for farm workers to achieve a stable lifestyle. It makes farm workers vulnerable to the lack of financial resources, limited access to services, and basic needs.  

Housing rates have increased dramatically over the years and inflation has created a housing crisis. The lack of supporting services could increase the rates of homelessness among farm workers. 

Many organizations address the issues regarding work conditions. Farm workers are exposed to excessive cold, hot, and ultra-violet rays. Without the proper education to protect from these conditions, farm workers are exposed to various health risks that could occur in the future.
