The California Farmworker Foundation strives to create more opportunities and support farm workers by providing useful services such as education, civil assistance, and health and wellness checks. This foundation specifically targets farm workers and aims to help them achieve economic stability. They also address the obstacles that farm workers face such as immigration law, healthcare access, work safety, and rural housing. There is information on farm worker rights and human rights on the organization’s website. There are categories that present different topics related to farm workers such as voting rights they have, worker rights, work conditions, and climate disaster issues which affect them with their job opportunities (California Farmworker Foundation, 2023).

The CFF was founded in 2016 by a group of farm workers willing to make a change across the community. The purpose of this foundation is to create a better lifestyle for farmworkers by providing programs and services. This foundation operates across many counties within the California state.

"Each recipient has demonstrated not only exceptional academic performance but also a profound commitment to their community (California Farm Workers, 2023)." The CFF provides scholarships to support families with their education. The requirement for recipients is that the applicant must be a child of a farm worker to help them secure a bright future and a better quality of life.
