Positive Psychology - Dak Rose Ajang. I wanted to read this blog because mental health is a very Important topic to me and I'm glad it’s becoming well known throughout our society. Although, a lot of this blog shows quotes, I feel it important to learn that you’re only capable of so much and you should always know your limits.
Better Programming - Jermaine Brown. What I hope to learn from this is how to get a head start on programming and how can I use that experience to improve everyone's lifestyle in college.
Positive Psychology - Carla Casey. I picked this blog because it is an area that is very true to me and I understand the importance of counseling. I know first hand how important being able to speak your true, open, and complete feelings without judgment is so hard to do and so important at the same time.
Ars Technica - Katelynn Chambers. I only found this blog while searching for this assignment; however, unlike the other many technology blogs I browsed, this one had many articles that caught my attention and kept it throughout the entire piece. I knew about several subjects presented before stumbling upon the article, but they expanded my knowledge very easily in accessible language that didn't overwhelm me. While this blog does not showcase much behind the scenes technology, or so it seems, it does present a window into the technology world that mentions part shortages, price reasonings, and recent technology developments.
DailyNurse: The Pulse of Nursing - Chelsea Evans. My goal is to become a postpartum / mother-baby nurse! I have always wanted to become a RN, but never took the step forward to do so. I struggle with infertility due to some health issues I have. Going through this fertility journey that I have has allowed me the opportunity to see the setting inside of the hospitals. I knew that I wanted to be a RN, but I didn't know what specialty I wanted to pursue. I have always been one to want to help others in any way I could, but experiencing the things I've seen in my fertility journey helped me find what I feel will be great for me. The blog created by this postpartum nurse gives me insight as to what a shift could intell. I can see what I would be going into with this choice of career. Having the opportunity to one day to learn the knowledge to be able to help new moms and their babies gives my heart great comfort. I may not be able to be a mom myself as of now, so learning how to and being able to help someone who can is something I have a strong desire for. This blog gives me excitement and knowledge of what I can be looking forward to in a daily life as a mother-baby nurse!
Positive Psychology - Rebecca McLees. I am majoring in psychology and I would like to read this blog because it mainly focuses on how to obtain a trusting relationship with your patients. I hope to learn from this blog on ways to keep a trusting relationship that way while speaking with a patient they aren't afraid to open up to me.
Management.Issues | Opinion - Sequoah Presley. The reason I came back to school was because of my job. Now that I am a supervisor seeing how my manager lacks knowledge and communication skills. I feel like this blog is an excellent fit for my career. I think it’s essential to learn how to engage with their employees. I hope to learn about employee engagement and how to make a job less stressful.
Psychology Today - Angel Reid. I chose this blog because I find it very helpful and eventful to those who are in need of wanting to learn more about psychology. There's articles you can read about mental health, activities.
Without Bullshit - Keith Hamon. I read Josh Bernoff's blog regularly because he is an excellent writer. He's also a professional editor and author who publishes books (at least one bestseller Groundswell) and helps others write publishable books. Finally, I read him because he writes the kind of prose that most of my students will eventually write: no nonsense prose that is useful to specific professional audiences (hence the title of his blog and another book). When you are writing bullshit, he lets you know.
Mike Darga's Game Design Blog - Benjamin Eno. I read Mike Dargas blog because I want to understand what's going through the mind of game designers when they create these games. It's more than just making the game work, it's about being able to create a community that loves the game, a system that gets players interested in learning and how responsive everything people see is to their input. These are all things i want to learn going into this field.
The Nursing Site Blog - Victoria Faulk. The reason that i want to read this blog post is because the author has been in the nursing game for over 25 years and i think i can learn a lot from her. By reading her blog post i’m hoping it gives me a better understanding of nursing and that it helps me determine if i’m in the right field of study.
Mr. Dr. Science Teacher - Steven Galago. This blog is from a high school biology teacher which as of right now is what i want to do after college. It gives insights into some of the questions he receives, as well as different biology topics that are interesting and can be used for class discussions and research work within class. I feel as if reading it will help me get an understanding of the teacher's brain and how to present topics and what topics to present to a class.
Business Management Skills Blog - Brandon Garner. After reviewing this blog I feel as if it can benefit me in many ways in starting my business. I hope to one day become my own boss and business man by reading this blog I will be able to become a great leader and know how to handle situations when it gets bad.

I hope to learn the basic standards of a travel nurse and how each location she was stationed at differed.
Swelper - Lynette Sanford. This specific blog is one that I want to read because it lets me know the opportunities I have in my field. It also helps me see what options I have as a professional I'm social work. Also, the changes I can make in the world by being a social worker.
The Working Artist - Duncan Waller. This blog shows ways from simply believing in yourself to the business side of Art. This blog seems to show you the ropes and guide you on the path of an Artist. However this all seems to cheerful there are post that discuss is your creations could be bad,or not worth pursuing, to also discussing how to deal with people who hate or dislike the Art that you make. I hope I'll learn how to overcome Artist block and how to take a different perspective of Art. I also hope to learn how to handle people who dislike my Art. Personally I don't really know how to deal with those kind of people. Typical I just take the hits and just keep rolling. However I think that's not the proper way to handle that.
