MY RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES :
Ingredient & Additive Verification
Reviewing raw materials, food additives, and processing aids to identify potential halal and safety risks.
Food Safety & Hygiene Monitoring
Supporting the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic HACCP principles to ensure clean, safe, and controlled food production environments.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Preparing and reviewing quality assurance records, halal compliance checklists, and supporting documents for certification readiness.
Cross-Contamination Risk Assessment
Evaluating processing, storage, and handling practices to prevent halal and non-halal cross-contamination.
Support for Halal Compliance
Working alongside halal and Shariah teams to align food science practices with the concept of halalan tayyiban.
