Team Reflection
We followed several teamwork strategies from Post #3, including dividing ownership by modules (UI, alignment, navigation) and holding regular check-ins. As we progressed, we also adopted async development and used Google Docs to track tasks more effectively. Our assigned roles remained mostly consistent and helped avoid overlap. What worked well was mutual accountability and clear communication. One thing that could have gone better was time management—we underestimated the time needed for integration and debugging during the final weeks.
