drill team
NJROTC Drill is a series of movements and commands that are made to teach cadets obedience and precise execution. The drill team performs at school functions and events and competes with other units at drill competitions. The Drill Team practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:45-4:00

color guard team
The Color Guard Team is expected to present the Colors (National Ensign and Unit Flag) proudly. Color Guard members are normally drawn from, and also participate on, the drill team. The Color Guard Team performs at precision in parades, ceremonies, and at sporting events. The Color Guard Team practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:45-4:00

physical fitness team
The Physical Fitness Team encourages cadets to participate in workouts and learn more about healthy eating, and how to incorporate these habits into their everyday lives. It also serves as an opportunity for cadets to prepare for the physical fitness exams, later in the year. The Physical Fitness Team meets on Mondays from 3:15-4:00

academics team
The Academics Team is a group of intellectual cadets who put in time and effort to study the NJROTC curriculum in depth. They go above what a typical cadet is expected to know in terms of Naval Science/ Academics. After putting in many hours of intensive studying, the team travels to different schools for Academic Team Competitions. The Academics Team meets on Mondays from 3:20- 4:00
