our units goals

One of our long-term goals is to achieve EARN THE distinguished unit AWARD. Our short-term goals in SUPPORT OF OUR MAJOR GOAL ARE TO ACHIEVE 100% participation on uniform days,  70+ hours of community service per cadet, and have cadets be up to date on the NJROTC curriculum.

A long-term goal for us is for the training team to be able to go to the NJROTC training championship. To make this a reality, we want to increase the engagement and accuracy of drills. Our purpose in participating in these competitions is to gain experience and be able to SCORE among the top 3 teams during the competition.

A long-term goal we have is to get our cadets academically prepared. Part of achieving that goal involves practicing our knowledge and using the national academic exam as a baseline for what we need to improve on as a unit. we aim to be in the top 25% on the academic exam this year and STEADILY RISE TO THE TOP.
