Distance Learning Student Support Scorecard Guide

The scorecard for online student support services was designed to provide institutions a tool to evaluate the quality of their distance education program by evaluating the availability of the services offered online students. The goal of the project is to (1) validate the instrument, (2) to gather usability data for the institutions to develop an action plan to develop better services, and (3) to determine if differences exist across different types of post-secondary institutions in the delivery of student services.
