The State on Minnesota requires the following specific courses to meet graduation requirements:
English: Each student must have any 4- English credits.
Science: Each student must have 3- science credits that include: Biology and either Chemistry OR Physics
Social Studies: Each student must have 3.5 -credits of social studies that include American History, World Geography, and Economics
Math: Each student must have 3- math credits that include Geometry and Algebra II (or higher)
Fine Arts: Each student must have a minimum of any 2- Fine Arts credits
Career Technical Education (CTE): Fisher School requires 2- CTE credits for each student. Classes typically included in this category are Computers, Careers, Personal Finance Management, Agriculture classes, Multimedia, Music Technology, Certified Nursing Asst., Certified Drivers License, Animal/plant sciences, etc.
Phy. Ed/Health: Each student is required to have 2- Phy. Ed/Health credits. These are typically met in 9th and 10th grades, but can be adjusted as needed per student.
All other credits come from Elective classes that the student may choose from any category.
