Fix things around your home
Mow lawn with a push mower
Paint your home
Rake your lawn
Shovel snow
Sweep, mop, vacuum your floor
Wash your car by hand
Stretch and move around at work
Go for a walk instead of watching TV
Park further away and walk to the store
March in place while watching TV
Lift weights or use resistance bands while watching TV
Play tag or frisbee with kids/grandkids
