Palmer Library
Once a thriving coal town, Palmer now serves as a geographic and recreation crossroads upon the Cumberland Plateau with the counties of Grundy, Marion, and Sequatchie meeting just south of town. Slightly to our north is the source of the Collins River, which abounds with recreational opportunities. The Palmer Library is located next to the Miner's Museum and offers a variety of programs including a book club and arts, crafts, and story times for children. Free internet access is available in addition to our collection of books and services. Residents and visitors alike are welcome to stop in and see what the Palmer Library has to offer!
