This is the first blog post I have ever done, so please bear with me.
In the fitness industry, pre-workouts are considered a staple in the line of supplements. Some companies like Repp Sports and Kaged have their pre-workouts before and of their other products. I have had too many to count. There are just a few that have stuck out to me that I think are the best I've had. Here are the Top 5 Pre-Workouts I've ever had.
5. Mr. Hyde Intense Pre-Workout
I had this bad boy a couple months back. I've had this a couple of times in multiple boxes. Mr Hyde is from Pro Supps and is one of their pinnacle products. In my opinion, the ones I have tasted are really good. Flavors like Bombsicle and Cherry Punch will smack you in the face. The caffeine content is a little intense with having 400mg per serving. The CaroSyn Beta Alanine will get you moving.

One of the biggest cons I had with this supplement, is that it gave me one of the biggest crashes. With all of the stimulants in it, I found it overwhelming for my body. Overall, this pre-workout gets a 7.5/10
4. GAT Nitraflex
This is probably one of the hardest hitting pre-workouts I have had. This supplement gets within your system within a couple of minutes. There are many that say that you should take this 15-30 minutes before your workout, as for this one, you should take it within 5. Sadik Hadzovic, world known IFBB bodybuilder, stated that he only takes half a scoop of this because it's too intense. GAT Nutrition has done a great job on their pre-workout. Tyler and I did a review on this. Check it out below.
Wow, this pre-workout hit us a lot harder than I thought. Had a great time to go over how we both got into lifting and going over the pre-workout. What did you think about the podcast?
Overall, it was a great taste, but I think it is too potent. Got a great pump from it, but crashed hard. One of the better tasting pre workouts I've had. Mixes well and has a good orange flavor, which is hard to create. 7.9/10
3. Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0
If you imagine that there is a special drink that can feel you are ready for anything, this is it. Rivalus made an excellent product with powerful flavor and exceptional blends. The best part about this pre-workout is the 10 minutes after consuming it, the beta-alanine overtakes your body and makes you want to lift heavy. 8.5/10 Here is my video:
This was an insane pre-workout! In this episode, I try the Rivalus Pre Workout. Hit me like a bat!
2. C4 Energy Drink
What can I say, tried and true. C4 is the most popular pre-workout for a reason! I'm personally not a fan of the powder C4 because I always mess up the ratios. Instead, my favorite is the C4 energy drink style. Only has 200mg of caffeine and packs a punch. Feels good and does not crash super hard. The one con I have for it is the acidity of the strawberry and other flavors. I got a free 6 pack with JackedPack and now I want a full crate of them. 9.0/10 Check out Tyler's first time on trying it here:
Oh BOY! Excited for this lift. We took a C4 energy drink and man it got to us.
1. Celsius Heat Pre-Workout
This is by far my all time favorite energy drink. It has a thermogenetic to help accelerate metabolic rate, it makes me sweat, focused and engaged with my workout. The taste of it is pretty high up there. If I could change this energy drink, I would just decrease the carbonation by 20%. This energy drink packs a punch with 2000mg of L-Citrulline, and 300mg of caffeine! Best of all, 0g of sugar. Check out my review of it here! 9.5/10
