Hello everyone!
If you have been keeping up with the YouTube channel, you know now that I am doing a segment called The Road to Abs. It's a 5-8 week cut program I am developing. This is something that will be tough for me, but not for many. I currently weigh 205lbs and hoping to get down to 190lbs. Here is how it will go down.
1. Start eating healthy - no cheese or milk
2. Add an abs routine in every workout
3. Eliminate Carbs
4. Add cardio in the last couple of weeks in the program
5. Reduce the amount of caffeine
So here is what my routine looks like:
I am focusing on an up pace routine that I can finish in around 45 minutes.
I will be posting the routine weekly! The video and blog will be about how I felt, what problems I've had, and what is the new thing for that week. I hope to have some visible abs by the end of it. If you would like to know more, please feel free to message me!
