Steve strives to help group members achieve their goals. All group members see Steve in a scheduled weekly personal meeting during which Steve does his best to be helpful. During the personal meeting, group members raise any issue that’s on their mind -- research and sometimes also personal lives. Recognizing that no single mentoring style exists, Steve is flexible and adapts his mentoring style to the individuality of each group member.
