CONCERTS

Things are starting up in 2022. See the calendar at the bottom of the Home page.

Things coming up next 2020: NOTHING. ALL GRFAS ACTIVITIES FOR THE REST OF OUR YEAR, WHICH ENDS MAY 2, 2020, HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.

To all friends of the Grand River Folk Arts Society (GRFAS):

Please know that on Monday, April 27, 2020 the GRFAS Board of Directors passed a motion to place its 2020-2021 Concert Season on hold for a year. After a stellar forty-five year run (est. 1975) as West Michigan's premier Folk and Traditional Music Concert Venue it has come time to push the pause button for a year.

Part of the rationale is helped along and coincides with the Corona-19 uncertainty for next fall and winter. We had already cancelled our March and April, 2020 Concerts due to the pandemic and what with the uncertainty of having to maybe do the same throughout 2020-2021 - it seemed that the better part of valor was to go on hiatus with next year's Concert Season.
