A wellness vision is a statement, acronym, picture, or other creative work that describes what the you envision your overall health and well-being to look like in the future. It’s a way to set long-term goals for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It helps guide actions and decisions toward achieving them. I will partner with you to create your vision using visual techniques or other tools that suit you.
Your vision will help to provide direction and motivation as we work towards your health and well-being goals, and it can help you stay focused and on track even when faced with challenges or setbacks.
