Our Vision (OV), Howard County’s Creative Platform for Youth, serves as a hub for students to connect, engage in, and lead creative opportunities, and access future pathways. OV endeavors to bring together the numerous HoCo creative groups in joint efforts. OV will primarily advocate for and strive to increase creative connection and community.
