Students scoring less than 40% marks in internal assessment of test, mid exam, assignment, practical exam or viva.
Students who fail in any subject in university exam are weak in that subject.

Mentor follows their progress on regular interval and advising students about attending classes, making up classes missed, and getting additional help.
Mentor checks their merit number in admitted list, mathematics and science marks in 10th Result and advice accordingly.
Mentor motivates them to write their assignment by self.
Mentor motivates to perform their practical by self.
Mentor intimates their parents to take care about their study and create the environment at home for study and decrease the usage of mobile.
Mentor handover the study material in the form of videos in weak subject or in weak topic to weak students.

Students awarded with more than 7.5 SPI in their Semester exams.
Top Five student semester wise, shift wise and subject wise.

Functions are conducted in department to felicitate those students to motivate them to continue their Excellency in academics.
Mentor assigns mini projects to them for their better performance and gain extra knowledge with the help of the subject teacher.
Mentor encourage them to participate in inter college technical fest and motivate to go for higher studies.
Those students are awarded with letter of appreciation.
