The mentoring system involving faculties at all level mainly provides support to the students in the matters as
To help them to know about Enrollment, College Fee and GTU Fee process
To help them to understand GTU Examination System
To create awareness among the students for hostel facility
To help them to fill up scholarship form
To help them make the better choices for career path and preparing themselves for the same
To create awareness among the students for importance of overall personality development and to serve the society in best possible manner as an engineer
To solve their theoretical and practical issues to sharpen their knowledge
To help them overcome their personal issues in order to focus more on their study
To arrange orientation classes to newly admitted students for Mathematics subject to strengthen their Mathematics concepts and basics.
As per the institute policy minimum 2 mentors are allotted for a division. This Department has following Mentoring system in line with College order regarding mentoring process.
