Don't Forget Your Final Transcripts!
It's time to request that your final high school transcripts be sent to your chosen college, university, or other destination. Use this form: 2025 Final Transcript Request Form
Important Note for ACC Dual Credit Students: If you've taken ACC classes through our ECHS, P-Tech, or E-Tech programs, you must request both your final Travis ECHS transcript and your final ACC transcript to be sent to your next institution. You can find instructions for requesting your ACC transcript here: https://students.austincc.edu/help/myacc-and-online-services-instructions/transcript-request-instructions/.
FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
Your final transcript is not automatically sent. You must request a final transcript to be sent to the College or University you plan to attend. You can use the QR code above to request a Final Transcript. Final Transcripts will not be available until the dates listed above.
Copies of diplomas are not kept on file.
If your original diploma is lost or misplaced, you may purchase a replacement from our vendor at approximately $35.00.
Please allow four to six weeks to receive your replacement diploma. Contact Your Registrar's Office for more information.
REMINDER
All obligations, such as laptops, library books, and fines, must be cleared before final transcripts or diplomas will be released.
