No Shows

Get Out Today RVA frowns upon No Shows and has a limit of three no shows before a member is removed from the group.

gotRVA considers you a No Show when you RSVP to a gotRVA event and do not show up to that event, AND do not inform us in any way before, during, or after the event that you won't be able to make it.

We do not mark members a No Show to Concerts, Festivals, Plays, and other public events. In these types of events, if we don't see you, we mark you as you did not attend.

The day after you No Show, you will receive an email letting you know you No Showed. On your third No Show, your letter will include the dates of all three of your No Shows.

An exception to the "Removal after three No Show" policy is if you are a regularly attending member and we know that you normally do not do no shows.
