The purpose of the mutal minstry is to act as a liaison between the congregation and Pastor Parr and Council. Their duties include:
Working with the Outreach Ministry in seeking ways in which the congreation and the community can serve and minister together.
Providing spiritual and tangible support to Pastor Parr and Council.
Conducting quarterly meetings with Council to ensure communication of mutal concerns.
Revewing and making annual staff salary recommendations to Council.

Matt has been a high school science teacher for more than 20 years. He serves as an assisting minister at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, manages the church's website, and oversees the livestream of worship services on YouTube. Outside the classroom and church, he enjoys road cycling and spending time in his garage restoring and maintaining classic cars and vintage motorcycles.
